He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ventura Cobos and Francis Cobos (Paddille); his wife Virginia Duarte Cobos; his siblings, Raymond Sisneroz (Linda), Jessie Sisneroz (Mary), Andrew Sisneroz and Benita Sisneroz; and his children, Fernando Cobos (Maria), Rosemary Jimenez and Mary Helen Carr (Harvey). He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
