She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Jett and Mae Jett. She is survived by: her wife Missy Thompson of Temple; her stepmother Ruby Jett of Temple; her children, Andrew Peifer of Belton, Kristopher Thompson of Belle, Savanah Jett of Temple, Michelle Peifer of Belton and Dakota Thompson of Temple; her sisters, Denise Jett (Anna Koene) of Weimer and Toni McCommas of Waco; her stepbrother Kyle Bradford of Troy; her grandsons, Jett Peifer of Belton and Robert James Thompson of Kenton, OH.; and her pet Rowdy.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Christion Church Music Department or to the Belton ISD Fine Arts Department.
