She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred McGehee Neely and Dave Neeley. She is survived by: her husband Billy Reed Powers; her children, Kimberly Savage (Lloyd) of Whitney and David Reed Powers of Bryan; her daughter-in-law Andrea; her son Mark Powers of Lewisville; and her daughter-in-law DeAnna. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Oak Park United Methodist Church, 5505 S. 31st St, Temple, TX 76502.
