She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Howe and Anna Cecelia Wathen Howe. She is survived by: her son Joseph T. Loeffler Sr. of Temple; and her siblings, Allen Howe, Melvin Howe of Newburg, Sonny Howe of Waldorf, Linda Henderson of Waldorf, Maryland, Margaret Howe of Waldorf, Maryland and Florence Lee of Waldorf, Maryland. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
