With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Helen Spurlin (Temple, Texas), born in Holland, Texas, who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymon Strange and Patsy Wallace Strange; her husband Bill Spurlin; and her siblings, Raymon Strange, Geraldine Mundine, Lee Hendricks, Jean Henderson and Joy Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Charles (Nella) of Temple and James David (Holly) of Houston; her grandchildren, John Spurlin (Nicole) of Pflugerville, Kendall of Houston and Grant Spurlin of Houston; her great grandchildren, Will and Lily of Pflugerville; and her sister Billie Gilleland (Felix) of Belton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
