She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kidd and Barbara Faye Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Carl Sargent of Temple; her children, Cecil Bryant III of California, Ann Bryant Oliver of North Carolina, Tyra Porcher of Temple and Theresa Juniewicz of Temple; and her sister Pamela Springs of Country Lakes. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
