He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Price and Mary Alice Price; his former wife Martha Haywood Price; his brother Mark Price; and his nephews, Thomas D. Price, Mark Price, Jr. and Stan Haywood.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Price of Temple; his brother Lowell Price; his children, Jennifer Stark (Hans Heilmann), Angela Woolley, Gary Price (Deidre) and Robert Woolley (Valentina); and his grandchildren, Allison, Sam Walker, Meg, Tommy Conaty, Leslie, K. P. Frazier, Martin, Rebecca Price, Emma Price, Deyana and Jayden Woolley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church of Temple, Texas (102 N 2nd St, Temple, TX 76501).
