He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kuban and Anna Kubin Kuban; and his siblings, Frank T. Kuban, Miladie Coleman, Frances Bunyard and Lenora Kuban.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Kuban of Temple. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
