He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Garcia and Petra Molina Garcia; his son Marcello Garcia, Jr. of Telferner, Texas; and his brothers, Elijio of Lamesa, Texas., Juan of Lamesa, Texas., Eugene of Lamesa, Texas. and Pete Garcia of Lamesa, Texas..
He is survived by: his wife Oralia Gonzales Garcia of Telferner, Texas; his children, Jean Garcia (Tom) of Victoria, Erika Garcia of Telferner, Texas and Andrew Garcia (Martha); his daughter-in-law Mary Garcia; and his siblings, Maria Elena Barron of Lamesa, Simona Moreno of Lamesa, Lupe Perales (Manuel) of Lamesa and Manuel Garcia of Lamesa, Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Funeral Home - Victoria (2401 Houston Hwy, Victoria, TX 77901). A rosary was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Grace Funeral Home (2401 Houston Hwy, Victoria, TX 77901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Funeral Home - Victoria (2401 Houston Hwy, Victoria, TX 77901). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Telferner Cemetery.
