She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wesley Richie and Sue Ellen Richie (Baker); her husband William A. Phillips; her children, Billie McCraw (Jack) of Telephone, TX, Jimmy Phillips (Sue) of Arlington, TX and John Phillips of Telephone, TX; her grandchildren, Liz Morris (Roger) of Telephone, TX, Jackie Bevill (Jeff) of Weatherford, TX and Mitchell McCraw (Lori); and also Jase Waller. She was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.
