He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moffett and Althea Bunch Moffett; and his brother Carl Moffett. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Moffett; his children, Amy Medina, Eric Moffett (Brandi) and Chassity Smith (Keith); his stepchildren, Christi Johnson and Lee Baker; and his sister Nancy Smith (Maxine McClain). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
