He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davis; his sons, Freddie "Dozer" McDade, Jr. (Jeana) of Coolidge and Matthew McDade (Christiane) of Hewitt, TX; his former wife Nancy Bellah; his grandchildren, Paige McDade (Cory Nunley), Matthew "Wyatt" McDade, Levi McDade (Lexi Cheek) and Samuel McDade; and his brother Clayton McDade. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
