He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Catherine Warner and Cecil Eugene "Tom" Mooney; and his brother Paul Wesley Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Joan Vance Mooney; his daughters, Jennifer Kathryn Mooney and Allison Suzanne Donnahoe; his son-in-law Brett Donnahoe; his grandchildren, Devin Vance Donnahoe (Ashley Yvone Donnahoe) of Spring, TX. and Ryan Rhoades Donnahoe (Eva Rae Higgins) of Spring, TX.; his brothers, Michael L. Mooney (Dovonda Buckaloo) of Blum, TX and Steven R. Pipkin of Boise, ID; his nephews, Clay Mooney (Mary) of Fort Worth, TX, Brad Mooney (Marissa) of Burleson, TX and Jeffrey Pipkin of Wichita Falls, TX; and his niece Suzanne Couchman (Ben).
