He is survived by: his wife Kathy West; his children, Lewis West, Jr. (Anna), Leslie Rodriguez and Tisha Chappell; his grandchildren, Joshua Chappell, Alycia Chappell, Raven George, Tobi Wright, Hunter Yarbrough, Zoie Wright and Jaxson Hibbs; his great grandchild Aislinn Chappell; his siblings, Lee West, Lori Daniels and Terri Lynn Jacobs (Dwayne); and his close friend Lonnie Shockley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other friends and family.
