He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bailey and Adele Hancock; his son Mark Hancock; and his sister Wilma Delrio. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hancock; his son J. D. Hancock (Felicia); his sister Mary Kennedy; his grandchildren, Amber Black (Brandon), Justin Hancock (DeAndra), Jordan Hancock (Angela), Anna Posey (Jeremy) and Sherry Hancock; and his great grandchildren, Blaine, Adalyn, Jaxton, Anniston, Kynzlie, Brycen, Asher, Garret and Nolan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
