She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Keith" Watkins and Althea McDonald. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tommy" Franklin Puckett; her children, Douglas Brent Puckett (Amanda) and Trisha Michelle Thomas (Cliff); and her grandchildren, Mace, Cody, Caden, Luke, Jack and Claire.
Donations to the Shriners Children's Hospital, Methodist Home in Waco, Stewart Memorial United Methodist Church in Buffalo to the women's group, in Jan's name, are suggested in lieu of flowers.
