We bid farewell to Don Stirton (Teague, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 29, 2024 at the age of 95. Don touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stirton and Josephine Stirton (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Charlsie Yielding Stirton; his daughter Donna Williams of Freestone; his grandsons, Ryan (Lacee Stratemann) of Pleasanton and Paul Stratemann of Floresville; his siblings, Jane Woods (Ray), Judy Holub of Wamego and Bill Stirton of Muscotah, Kansas.; and his great grandchildren, Weston and Wade Stratemann.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Union Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in memory of Don to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
