He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hoermann Panick; his daughter Stephanie Panick Patch; his husband Ty Patch; his daughter Valerie Panick; his grandchildren, Kendra Patch Matthew Chapman, Sean Chapman and Emma Chapman; and his sisters, Patricia Panick, Susan Zapalac Vaughn, Jean Zapalac Hoffman and Karen Zapalac Fischer.
