She is survived by: her friend Dr. Leshikar; her children, Ramona Bonds (Barry) of Sherman and Wayne Kubacak (Patti) of Taylor; her grandchildren, Shane Kubacak of McKinney, Morgan Sims of McKinney, Cody Dlouhy (Lacie) and Brook Dlouhy of Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Kubacak, Maliyah, Traison Sims, Camryn Urbis, Rylie and Avery Dlouhy.
