She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Foster, Rhonda Sorrels and Rev. Tony Sorrells, Sr. (Audrey); her goddaughter Fannie Hennington; her grandchildren, Tammy Rogers (Dale), Trekeshelia Powell (Jason), Tracy Fisher, Michelle Sorrels, Tiffany Nealy, Mitchell Thompson (Daniyell), Michael Thompson, Regina Foster, Christina Johnson (Richard), Whittney McCray, Iris Rose Bunton (Marcus), Gilbert Christopher McCray, Kendra Deary, Tony Michael Sorrells, Jr. (Julia) and Tonya Bouldin (Tremale); her nieces, Alatricia Samuel, Barbara Smith, Shirley Kelly, Sharon Fitch and Barbara Warren; her nephew Alan Williams; and her friend Doris Ross. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren; 17 great-great grandchildren.
