He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Cruz Rojas Arzola and Demecia Martinez Rojas; his brothers, Pastor Daniel Rojas and Lionso Rojas Sr.; and his children, Seferino Rojas Jr. and Juanita Rojas.

He is survived by: his close friend Angela Robles Rojas; his wife Angela Robles Rojas; his children, Jaime Rojas (Angeles), Irma Castillo (Juan Fransico), Mary Flores (Raymond), Teresa Morgan (John Christopher), Leticia Flores (Victor), Frances Espitia (Miguel) and Veronica Ellis (Peter); and his siblings, Asuncion Rincon, Elodia Segura, Emilia Rojas, Teresa Rojas and Adriana Arriaga. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren and 10 great-Grandchildren.
