He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Leon and Elaine Powers (Reagan). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Powers of Taylor; and his children, Charles Eugene Powers of Round Rock, Marti Joy of Chandler, OK, Heather Saporetti of Alabama and Kasmira Beard. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
