He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Buddy" Wilkerson and Amelia "Bebe" Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Amy Jost; his children, Christopher Wilkerson, Brittany Barcuch (Anthony), Brianna Wilkerson and Alyson Jost; his brothers, Doug Wilkerson (Sharon) and Scott Wilkerson; his nieces, Paige Wilkerson, Haley Wilkerson and Andrea Eiben (Coleman); his extended family, Del, Juanita Bullock, Jason, Angela Walker, Jacob, Andrea Walker, Michael and Aly Prohaska; and his pets, Kona and Stella.
Kelly was unable to be an organ donor, and instead, he elected to donate his body to UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
