He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kavulich and Irene Kavulich; and his sister Linda Kavulich. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Loni Loiselle (Jon), Ariel Kavulich and Zachary Kavulich; and his granddaughters, Myah and McKenna.
