Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Kavan leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his brother Billy Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Simcik and Gracie Simcik (Hyzak); his sister June Shirocky; his wife Michele Simcik; and his sons, Aaron and Jackson Simcik. He is also survived by extended family including his in laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, 6 nephews, 1 niece, and 1 great niece along with numerous friends.
