She is survived by: her nephew Robert Cervenka; her husband Gilbert Mayer; her children, Christie Black (Kirk), Laurie Rodriguez (Greg), Alison Anderson (Ryan) and Andrew Mayer; her grandchildren, Kylar, Ashlyn, Shaylie Black, Damian David, Noah, Elias, Ian, Kobe, Jace, Aric, Marissa, Hailey Rodriguez, Olivia and Liam Anderson; her brother Richard Cervenka (Helen); and her siblings-in-law, Gladys Mitchum (Donnie), Leonard Mayer and Patrick Mayer.
