He is survived by: his mother Joy Ash; his wife Terí; his brothers, Dean Ash and Carl Ash; his mother-in-law Barbara Peters Gilmore (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Traci Peters and Brandon Peters; and his pet Bodi.
The family is requesting that gifts be made in memory of David to the "Colonia Mission Project" in lieu of flowers.
