He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne and Dorothy Nell Todd; his grandparents, Eddie and Mary Nell Ryan; his father-in-law Doug Frazier; and his niece Madison Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Stamper Todd of Shiloh Texas; his son Kaleb Wayne Todd (Kristen Lockhart) of Liberty; his brother Jason D. Todd (Kim Denby Todd) of Rockdale, Texas; his nephew Brant Todd of Dallas, Texas; and his mother-in-law Dorthy Frazier of Georgetown. He is also survived by many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins.
