It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Kerley Sr. (Taylor, Texas), who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis M. Kerley Sr. and Mary Frances Dallas Kerley; his wife Emma Jean Sorrells Kerley; his sons, Larry Kerley and Levon "PeeWee" Kerley; his siblings, Hollis M., Leroy "Dude" Kerley, Mary Lee Kerley of Washington and Helen Nadine Coleman; his granddaughter Michelle Lee Kerley; and his great grandchild Naterra Nicole Bass.
He is survived by: his sister Bernice "Kitty" Kerley Watson (Kenneth); and his children, Ray Charles Kerley (Yvonne), Harold Kerley Jr. (Maybel), O'Dell Kerley (Alice), Willie Kerley (Lucy), Donald Wayne Kerley (Charlotte), Bernice Kerley Darden, Allen Kerley and Leroy Kerley. He is also survived by thirty four grandchildren, fifty eight great grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
