He is survived by: his wife Rita Penney; his grandchildren, Patricia, Sephora and Mason; his children, Gordon Penney (Sabrena), Paul Falk (Julie), Gracie Weatherly, Amanda Penney, Travis Falk (Kelley), Misty Mock (Russel), Ashley Penney and Chelsea Penney; and his siblings, Doyle Penney (Stacy), Gwenola Dean (Dennis), Gwen Kuempel (Claude), Peggy Ann McClintock (Larry) and Pamela Kay Huneycutt (David). He is also survived by grandchildren, whom he loved dearly; 1 great grandson; numerous great nieces and great nephews.
