He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lopez Rodriguez; his children, Frank Jr. (Connie Rodriguez), Cecil Sr. (Ramona Rodriguez), Joe (Julia), Rodriguez Campos, Cirilo (Maggie Rodriguez), David (Alice Nira) and Richard (Yolanda Rodriguez); and his siblings, Janie Rodriguez Luna of Granger and Marcus Rodriguez of Bartlett.
