It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Louise Stiba (Taylor, Texas), who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Sibert and Pauline Sibert; and her husband Thomas Stiba, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Janis Alexander Jansky (Johnnie), Patty Alexander Heiman (Gene), Douglas Alexander and Thomas Stiba III. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
