He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe S. Rodriguez and Victoria Rodriguez; his wife Jeannine Rodriguez; his sister Delores Gonzales of Boerne Tx; and his granddaughter Rebecka Welton of Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Sophia Nesby (Mark) and Nicholas Rodriguez (Melissa) of Leander Tx; his granddaughters, Kristen Mathews (Cody), Madison, Mackenzie Rodriguez of Leander, Rachel Allison (Brett) of Hutto and Holliy Welton of Washington; his great grandchild Aria Mathews; his grandsons, Daniel Welton of Austin, Joshua DeVaul (Lacey), Josiph (ShiAnne) and Aren Welton of Washington; and his stepchildren, SteveAnne DeVaul and Alan Welton (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
