She was predeceased by: her husband Augustine Orta Sr.; and her siblings, Amalia Venegas, Yolanda Banuelos, Blas Tavarez Jr. and Oscar Tavarez.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Orta Gomez (Joe Gomez, Guadalupe), Augustine Orta Jr. (Annette Perez Orta), Delores Orta Reyes, Jose Orta, Ninfa Orta Raya, Robert Orta (Sue Orta) and George Orta (Norma Orta); and her siblings, Vickie Urias, Consuelo Rodriguez, Berta Carrasco, Olga Morales, Aurora Tercero and Delores Alanis. She is also survived by her Sister-in-Law and numerous nieces and nephews.
