She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wesley, Charlie, Frankie Cervenka and Lydia Miller. She is survived by: her significant other Harvey Walker Cuzzort; her sons, Rickey Wayne, James Lee and Paul Allen; her grandchildren, Reggie Cuzzort (Megan) and Nicole Brinkmeyer (Max); her great grandchildren, Reagan Cuzzort, Maggie Cuzzort, Brayden Painter and Brooklynn Painter; her sisters, Janie Stasny, Ann Preusse, Mary Ann (John Bielss, Sr.) and Ella Mae (Rick Beaver); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Cervenka and Ruby Cervenka. She is also survived by 26 nephews and nieces and extended family.
