He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban Isaac Hair and Rosa Ann Hair; his wife Carol Hair; his son Timothy Hair; and his brothers, Kenneth Hair, Loval Hair, Vernon Hair and Hollis Hair.

He is survived by: his children, Janet Brown of Lockhart and Keith Hair of Manor; his stepchildren, Stephanie Young and Bubba Calvin of Rockdale; and his sisters, Imogene Wood, Alta Viramontes, Wilma Garner (James Garner) and Sharon Fiero (David Fiero). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
