With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Teggeman of Taylor, Texas, who passed away on March 9, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, F. W. "Willie" Schier and Minnie Schier (Gross); her husband Erwin Teggeman; her siblings, Lydia Kelm, Ruth Fuchs and W. 'Sonny Schier; her grandson Timothy Umiker; and her friend Denise Richter.

She is survived by: her children, Gayle Collins (Kenneth), Sandy Umiker, Greg Teggeman (Ruth) and Griffin Teggeman (Brenda); her grandchildren, Shelley Giesecke (Kevin), Tracy Collins, Kevin Collins (Tiffany), Nathan Umiker, Thomas Teggeman (Binnur), Leanne Teggeman, Lindsey Perritano (David), Steven Teggeman and Travis Teggeman; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Nicholas, Chloe, Ethan, Alex, Keegan, Kaitlyn, Bree, Tyler, Ryan, Alana, Edison and Jameson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St Paul Lutheran Church of Taylor, Shepherd's Heart of Taylor, or the charity of your choice.
