She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Leshikar and Adela Chalupa Leshikar; her husband Joe Kaspar; and her siblings, Margaret Pavlik, Willie Leshikar, Jr., Franklin Leshikar, Alma Barker, Adale Emerick and Hudson Leshikar.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph L. Kaspar; her children, Dr. Michael J. Kaspar of Washington, D. C., Douglas W. Kaspar of Austin and Pamela J. Wareham of Hutto; her grandchildren, Jonathan Hemenway, Jennifer Kaspar Wright, Julianna Swed and Dr. Jessica Lewis; her great grandchildren, Fabian M. Torres, Anisa Dail, Joseph T. Dail, Nathan Swed and Molly Swed; and her great great grandchild Xyla Torres.
