With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Grimm (Taylor, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 17, 2024 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Grimm to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Volcik and Bessie Slampa Volcik; her husband Eugene Grimm (Gene); and her son Jimmy. She is survived by: her sons, Bob Grimm (Marilyn) and Gary Grimm of Taylor; her grandchildren, Lori Wilson (Mike), Jamye DeRiso, Mandy Turner (Luke), Lisa Moltz (Brad), Ben Grimm and Ashley Grimm; and her great grandchildren, Jana Wall, Mylie Turner, Maddie Wilson and Henley Moltz. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Providence Funeral Home (807 Carlos G Parker Blvd NW, Taylor, TX 76574). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Taylor City Cemetery East 4th.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Taylor or the charity of your choice.
