He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Armendariz (Ignacio), Victoria Lopez (Mark) and Tina (Daniel Vasquez); and his siblings, Thomas Alderete (Lydia), Daniel Alderete (Martha), Josue Alderete (Josie), Samuel Alderete, Jessie Alderete, Emma Almazan (Antolin) and Teresa Vega (Eddie). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
