He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Richard, Jaden (Jocelyn), Monica Kubiak (Sean Carpenter) and Jaime Vykukal (Justin); and his stepdaughters, Brandy McAnnally (Michael), Brittany Keyland (Christopher) and Jaboa Matoska (Al Atkins). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
