He is survived by: his wife Becky; his daughters, Misty Ann Cervenka of Indiana and Cristy Wenzel (Billy Wenzel) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Barrett (Tyler Barrett), Allison Turner, Christina Wenzel, Stetson Turner and Wyatt Wenzel; his great grandchild Brayden Barrett; and his siblings, Dorothy Persky, Frank Cervenka and Dan Cervenka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
