She was predeceased by: her husband Roland Sefcak; her daughter Nancy (Sefcak); her son-in-law Donald Kunze; her son Kenneth Sefcak; her parents, Henry Rozacky and Rosie Rozacky (Machu); her siblings, John Rozacky (Maureen), Henry Rozacky, Clifton Rozacky and Loretta Buzan (Moses); and her brother-in-law Roman Stasny.

She is survived by: her aunt Bertie; her daughter Dixie Sefcak Rhoades (Bill); her grandchildren, Stephanie Kunze Patschke (Chad), Joshua Kunze (Hannah), Grady Kunze (Kimberly), Sarah Kunze Drury (Craig), Clayton Rhoades, Jana Crawford Rhoades and Tessa Rhoades Streit (Darren); her great grandchildren, Jacob Townsend, Catherine Townsend, Trevor Patschke, Tanner Patschke, Payton Patschke, Annika Kunze, Henry Kunze, Alexandra Kunze, Jaxon Kunze, Camryn Drury, Harper Drury, Elizabeth Rhoades, Tolliver Rhoades, Tinsley Streit, Isadora Streit and Gunneridge Streit; her siblings, Laurence Rozacky (Dorothy) and Claudette Rozacky Stasny; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Rozacky and Louise Rozacky. She is also survived by her girls and their friends, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
