He was predeceased by: his parents, Vince Faltesek and Alice Faltesek (Shiller); his siblings, Tom, Vince, Jerry Faltesek and Mary Kotrla; and his siblings-in-law, Edwin Kotrla, Joe Bracewell and Linda Faltesek.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Faltesek; his sons, Randy (Gretchen Faltesek) and Gary (Teresa Faltesek); his grandchildren, Jacob, Noah and Morgan Faltesek (Jonathon Crouch); his great grandchildren, Adrian and Shelby; his siblings, Alice Bracewell and Alvin Faltesek (Sandra); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Faltesek, Margie Faltesek and Shirley Crow.
