He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur K. O'Keefe, Sr. and Elizabeth Anne Carroll O'Keefe; and his siblings, Emma Claire Flynn, Margaret Cartwright, Michael, Charles Richard, Carroll, Jim and Christine.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Anne Matherne (Cam) of Anne's Catholic Church; his children, Jenny Ami O'Keefe Emmons (Matt Emmons), Erin Nicole O'Keefe Butler (Dale Butler) and Kyle Matherne O'Keefe (Tara Rudiger O'Keefe); his grandchild Peyton; his grandchild-in-law Cameron; and his grandchildren, Parker, Jake, Andrew, Joseph, Kaley, Mattie, William and Joshua. He is also survived by his five brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Texas Alliance for Life, or to a Pregnancy Resource Center of your choosing, or to St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic School in Taylor.
