He is survived by: his wife Connie; his son David Jr.; his siblings, Marvin Earl Tate, Jr., Debra Dianne Seidel and Sandra Dee Allyn; his aunt Wynona Ellison; and his nieces and nephews, Steven, Josh, Ashley, Blaise, Jeremy, Madeline, David, Trinity, Kristen and Caela.
