She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Heizer and Sybil Hope Heizer; her husband Richard "Dick" McCoy; and her brother William T. "Bill" Heizer, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard T. "Rick" (Anne), Jane-Ellen Carter (Bud) and Susan Neuhalfen (David); her grandchildren, Richard T. McCoy, Jr. (Rachel), Elizabeth Anne McCoy, Catherine McCoy, Jacob Carter, Sarah-Hope Parohl (Parker) and David Neuhalfen; her great grandchild Charlotte McCoy; her brother David Heizer of Charleston; and her nephews, Sky Heizer of St. Albans, WV and Tom McCoy (Marcia) of Columbus, OH..
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (111 W. Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598).
In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, memorials in Mrs. McCoy's name may be sent to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Wounded Warrior Project.
