She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Leo and Alla Mae Nelson Fink; her husband James Michael Courtney; and her brother Jerry Newland. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Courtney (Jordan), Luke Courtney (Holly) and Cassi Goolsby (Clay); her grandchildren, Haylie, Caitlyn, Michael Ann, Madison, Jeremiah, Abigail and J. J.; her sister Marie Alford; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Abel (Kelly), Sally Courtney, Joe T. Winn (Loretta) and Jimmie Courtney (Anita).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Christian Fellowship (365 Stonewall, Tatum, TX 75691). Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
