He is survived by: his wife Garlene Garrett-Horton; his sons, Tom Garrett (LaToya), Brian Garrett (Diana), Doug Garrett (Kelly), Karahn Horton and Kareehm Horton; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Garrett (Ruby), W. F. Garrett, Lonnie Shelton (Macy), Jerome Garrett (Emmie), Linda Bishop, Debbie Garrett and Mary Garrett.
