He was predeceased by: his parents, Lessie Lorraine Williams (Dixon) and George Williams; his siblings, Ralph Williams, Billy Williams, William Turner Sanders and Helen Ruth Elder; his parents-in-law, Hilliard and Doris Haden; and his brothers-in-law, James Richard Haden and Dale Purdy.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Haden Williams of Tatum; his children, Sandy Williams Morton (Michael Morton), Steven Paul Williams (Cynthia "Cindy Lou") of Tatum, Kimberly Williams Palmer (Jimmy) of Ore City and Robin Williams (Thomas Perry); and his siblings, Emory Williams (Martha) of College Station, John Sanders of Tatum, Carol Purdy of Tyler, Murry Williams (JoAnn) of Ore City and Cindy Powdrill of Henderson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
